1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to InvitePix! These Terms of Service ("Terms," "ToS") govern your access to and use of the services, websites (including app.invtr.co and invitepix.com), and applications (collectively, the "Service") provided by InvitarCo ("InvitarCo," "we," "us," or "our"). Our registered office is in Colombia.

By accessing or using our Service, whether as a registered user ("Customer") creating and managing events, or as a guest uploading media to an event ("Guest Uploader"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

2. Service Description

InvitePix provides a platform for:

• Customers: To create and manage event-based digital galleries, invite guests to upload media, manage uploaded content, and share galleries.
• Guest Uploaders: To contribute their photos and videos to specific Event galleries created by Customers.

3. User Eligibility

To register for an account and use the Customer-facing aspects of the Service, you must be at least eighteen (18) years of age and capable of forming a binding contract. Guest Uploaders must be at least thirteen (13) years of age.

4. User Conduct and Responsibilities

All Users agree not to use the Service for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms. You agree not to upload, post, or transmit any content that is:

• Unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, or defamatory
• Inappropriate, violates the rights of others, or is otherwise objectionable
• Infringing on any intellectual property rights
• Containing viruses or other harmful code
• Spam or unsolicited communications

5. Content Ownership and Licenses

You retain all ownership rights to any content you submit. By uploading content to the Service, you grant InvitarCo a limited license to use, host, store, and display such content as necessary to provide the Service.

6. Service Availability and Termination

We will use reasonable efforts to keep the Service operational. However, technical difficulties or maintenance may result in temporary interruptions. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INVITARCO DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES AND SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Bogotá, D.C., Colombia.
