For Customers (app.invtr.co Users)

  • Account Information: Full name, email address, password (hashed), preferred locale, and role
  • Event Information: Event names, dates, descriptions, and configuration settings
  • Usage Data: Log information, device information, and cookies

For Guest Uploaders (invitepix.com Users)

  • User Content: Photos and videos you upload, including EXIF metadata
  • Optional Information: Guest name and message (if provided)
  • Technical Data: IP address, browser type, session data for security

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, operate, and maintain our Service
  • Facilitate photo and video uploads to event galleries
  • Enable event organizers to manage their galleries
  • Improve our Service and develop new features
  • Ensure security and prevent abuse

InvitarCo does not sell your personal information. We may share your information:

  • With Event Organizers: Uploaded content is shared with the customer who owns the event
  • With Service Providers: Third-party vendors (Supabase, Cloudflare, etc.) bound by confidentiality agreements
  • For Legal Requirements: When required by law or legal process
  • With Your Consent: For other purposes with your explicit consent

5. Data Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encryption, access controls, and secure cloud infrastructure. However, no internet-based system is 100% secure.

6. Data Retention

Customer Account Data

Retained while account is active. Deleted within 30 days of account termination.

Guest Uploads

Retention governed by the event organizer's settings and service plan.

Session Data

Temporary upload sessions expire within 5-15 minutes.

7. Your Data Protection Rights

Subject to applicable data protection laws, including Colombian Law 1581 of 2012, you have rights to:

  • Access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to, and port your personal information
  • Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent
  • Contact event organizers directly for content-related requests

8. Children's Privacy

Our Service is not directed to children under 13. Guest Uploaders must be at least 13 years old. If between 13 and the age of majority, parental consent is required.
